    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by R.C. Fleinal):
    This matter comes before the Board on a joint status report
    filed by the parties on March 18,
    1994.
    The parties state that
    a revised permit application has been filed with the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) which the Agency is
    currently reviewing.
    The parties will be discussing this
    application at a meeting to be held within the next three weeks.
    The parties request 30 days to file an additional status report.
    The parties shall submit status reports to be received by
    the Board and hearing officer no later than May 9,
    1994.
