    the Board received a status report from
    petitioner and on December 10,
    1993, the Board received a status
    report from the respondent.
    The status report indicates that
    satisfactory settlement negotiations are being made between
    parties on a related enforcement action.
    Dietzgen is currently
    reviewing a settlement proposal and plans to request withdrawal
    of this variance petition upon acceptance of the settlement
    proposal.
    The Board directs that parties to file a status report
    with the Board to be received by the Board no later than March
    15,
    1994.
