ORDER OF THE BOARD

This matter is before the Board on a December 6,
1993 status
report filed by petitioner Moline/Dutchway Dry Cleaners
(Dutchway).
Dutchway states that it retained counsel on December
1,
1993,
and that its counsel is attempting to determine the
status of the proceedings by contacting counsel from both the
Office of the State Fire Marshal
(OSFM)
and respondent the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
Dutchway states that
its counsel needs additional time to determine the actual status
of the case.
The Board accepts Dutchway’s status report.
Dutchway is
directed to file an updated status report with the Board no later
than January 14,
1994.
That report shall indicate the status of
proceedings with OSFM,
and include a projection as to the timing
of further proceedings before the Board.
