    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    T. Girard):
    On November 12, 1993,
    the Board received an amended petition
    in this proceeding.
    The Board had previously directed petitioner
    to file an amended petition as the first petition was deficient in
    several aspects.
    (Akzo Chemical, Inc. AS 93—8, September 9, 1993.)
    The amended petition is not complete.
    The Board had pointed out in
    the September 9 order that Attachment
    7 was missing pages.
    Those
    pages are not included in the amended petition.
    Therefore,
    the
    Board directs the petitioner to file those pages within 14 days.
    The Board on November 30, 1993 received a motion for extension
    of time from the Agency.
    The Board
    grants the motion and will
    extend the time for the Agency to respond until January 10,
    1994.
    The Board notes that this is
    14 days longer than requested by the
    Agency in order to allow the Agency the opportunity to review the
    petition with the missing pages.
