    On November 24,
    1993, Keystone Steel and Wire Company
    (Keystone)
    filed a
    “Motion for Extension to File Reply”.
    Keystone’s reply
    to the Environmental Protection Agency’s
    (Agency) response was due on November 29,
    1993.
    Keystone
    requests an extension until December
    6,
    1993 to file its reply.
    Keystone notes that
    it
    did not receive a copy of the response
    until November 19,
    1993 due to an incorrect address.
    Keystone
    also states that the Agency
    has no objection to the extension.
    The motion is
    granted.
    Keystone’s reply is now due to be
    filed on December 6,
    1993.
    The Board additionally observes that the RCRA adjusted
    standard procedural rules require that this matter proceed to
    hearing.

    This matter is accordingly
    authorized for hearing.
