    ORDER
    OF THE
    BOARD

    A. Manning):
    On July 12,
    1993, the parties filed a joint status report in
    accordance with the Board’s order of April
    8,
    1993.
    The report
    stated that the parties have reached an understanding on all
    issues presented in the operating permit appeal with the
    exception of one item concerning testing of certain hazardous
    waste.
    The report stated that on June 22, 1993, the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)
    issued a draft Part B
    permit which addresses all of the issues raised in this appeal
    and once the final Part B permit is issued for the Pekin
    facility, the parties believe that the issue raised in the appeal
    will have been resolved.
    On October 22,
    1993,
    Safety-Kleen Corp. filed a motion to
    voluntarily dismiss this matter.
    Safety-Kleen Corp.
    states that
    the Agency has issued a final Part B permit for its facility and
    that all issues raised in this matter have been addressed. The
    motion is granted and this matter
    is dismissed.
