    This matter is before the Board on its own motion.
    On June

    1993, the Board accepted petitioner’s status report, and
    ordered petitioner to file another status report by September 1,
    1993.
    However, petitioner has not complied with that order.
    Petitioner is directed to file a detailed status report with the
    Board by October 25,
    1993.
    Failure to comply with this order
    will subject the petition to dismissal.
