    This matter comes before the Board on a petition filed on
    April 24,
    1992.
    On September 20,
    1993, the parties filed a joint
    status report in response to a July 22,
    1993, Board Order.
    The
    parties
    state
    that
    they
    are
    engaged
    in
    very
    serious
    negotiations which may lead to the resolution of this matter.
    The
    parties report that as a result of the negotiations, petitioner has
    performed stack testing of several emission units.
    They state
    it
    will be
    several weeks
    before petitioner will receive the stack
    testing results.
    The parties state that they will need additional
    time for evaluation after the results come
    in.
    The parties have
    proposed to
    submit
    a
    status
    report
    to the
    Board
    on
    or
    before
    November 20,
    1993.
    The parties
    are directed to
    file
    a status report with the
    Board concerning this matter on or before November 20,
    1993.
