1993, American Waste Processing,

Ltd. and

the Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)

filed a joint motion

to stay review of this matter until December 31,

1993.

Hearings were held and all briefs filed.

As a result of the

hearings the parties are

in agreement that it is

in the best

interest of all concerned for the Agency to further review this

matter.

Petitioner has agreed to file a new permit application

with the Agency.

The Agency is expected to review the

application prior to December 15,

1993.

The parties also note

that an open waiver of the decision deadline has been provided by

the petitioner.

Therefore, the parties request the Board to stay

its review of the record in this matter until after the Agency

has reviewed the new permit application.

The Board grants the motion to stay review of the

record in

this matter until after December 31,

1993.
