On November
9,
1992, respondent,
Coggeshall Construction
Company,
filed a motion suggesting the death of respondent,
S.
Scott Coggeshall.
The Board has not received a response from the
petitioner.
The motion states that the death of Mr. Coggeshall
occurred on October 29,
1992,
and a death certificate was
attached to the motion.
The Board has previously held that an action filed under the
administrative citation provisions of the Illinois Environmental
Protection Act do not survive upon death of the respondent.
