    On June 29,
    1992 Dale & Deborah Dettlaff (“the Dettlaffs”)
    filed an emergency motion to dismiss with leave to reinstate.
    on
    June 29,
    1992, Eduardo P. Boado and EPB Park Services,
    Inc.,
    filed a response in opposition to the Dettlaff’s emergency
    motion.
    On June 29,
    1992, the Dettlaffs filed a reply to the
    response.
    On July 7,
    1992,
    the Dettlaffs filed a motion to
    withdraw,
    stating:
    This matter proceeded to hearing on June 30,
    1992 and
    has been continued for further hearing to August
    3,
    1992, at which time complainants will proceed and
    complete their case.
    The motion to withdraw the emergency motion is granted.
