ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by J.
Anderson):
On December 12,
1991, the Illinois Environmental Protect
Agency
(“Agency”)
filed
a motion asking the Board to gran?~it
extension of time, until April
1,
1992,
in which to file its
recommendation.
This
is the Agency’s second motion for
extension.
In support of its motion, the Agency states that

desirability of the requested variance from the Agency’s
perspective.”
The Agency asserts that Minnesota Mining and
Manufacturing Company has no objection to the motion.
The Bo
hereby grants the motion.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
