    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter is before the Board by virtue of an Administrative
    Citation filed by the county of St. Clair pursuant to the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Act
    (Ill.
    Rev.
    Stat.
    1989,
    ch. 111-1/2,
    par.
    1021).
    The citation was issued on May 17, 1990 and alleged
    that respondent had violated sections 21(a) (1) and 21(a) (6) of the
    Act.
    Hearing was held
    on July
    31,
    1990 and the
    Board
    issued an
    Order finding a violation.
    A penalty of $500.00 was imposed.
    The
    Board also directed the Clerk of the Board and the County of St.
    Clair to file affidavits declaring their hearing costs.
    On May 8,
    1991, the Clerk of the Pollution Control Board filed
    an affidavit stating that the Board’s hearing costs were $754.25.
    St. Clair County did not file an affidavit.
    Thus the total hearing
    costs are $754.25.
    This
    Order
    constitutes
    the
    Board’s
    findings
    of
    facts
    and
    conclusions of
    law
    in this matter.
    ORDER
    1.
    It is hereby ordered that within thirty days of the date
    of this Order, Harold Fults shall, by certified check or
    money
    order,
    payable
    to
    the
    State
    of
    Illinois
    and
    designated for deposit into the General Revenue Fund, pay
    as compensation for hearing costs incurred by the Board
    and St. Clair County, the amount of $754.25 which is to
    be sent to:
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    Fiscal Service Division
