This matter comes before the Board on the August 12,
1991
motion for a 39-day extension to file recommendations filed by
the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
(Agency).
In
support of its motion the Agency states that “Keystone and the
IEPA are involved
in discussions the purpose of which is to
provide IEPA with information sufficient to allow a complete and
thorough review of Keystone’s Petition and Supplemental Filings.
These discussions are not yet complete.”
The Agency also asserted that Keystone did not object to the
extension and would not file
a response to the present motion.
Keystone has not responded to the motion.
The Board hereby grants the Agency’s motion for extension of
time.
The Agency’s recommendation must be filed in the Board’s
office by August
30,
1991.
