    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by M. Nardulli):
    This matter
is before the Board on petitioner Safety-Kleen
Corporation’s motion to amend filed July 1, 1991 and the respondent
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s (Agency) motion to file
    record instanter filed July 17,
    1991.
The Board hereby grants the Agency’s motion to file the permit
    record instanter.
By its motion to amend, Safety-Kleen seeks to amend its appeal
    of
    conditions
    imposed
    in
    the
    Agency’s
    approval
    Safety-Kleen’s
    closure plan issued May 8,
    1991.
    Safety—Kleen seeks modification
of its appeal to include vinyl chloride and 1,
    1, 2-Trichlorethane
based upon the Agency’s inclusion of these constituents as cleanup
    objectives.
    The Agency included
these constituents as part of the
closure plan in a letter dated May 29,
    1991.
    The Agency’s letter
states that these constituents “were not included in Attachment
    1
    of the Agency’s May
    8,
1991 closure plan approval” and that they
are cleanup objectives which must be satisfied.
    The Agency has not
responded to Safety—Kleen’s motion to amend.
The Board hereby grants Safety—Kleen’s motion to amend.
    The
Board notes that filing of the motion to amend restarts the Board’s
    120—day decision deadline.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
