This matter comes before the Board on Respondent’s Motion

for Modification filed on July 12,

1991 in reference to the

May

9,

1991 Board Order.

The motion seeks to modify the time for

filing

the acceptance from the 45 days stated in paragraph 11

to

allow approval

of the late filed acceptance Olin submitted on

July

1,

1991.

Olin has not responded to the motion.

The Board

hereby grants the modification.

On November

21,

1990, Petitioner filed

a Revised Application

for Non—Disclosure.

On November

29,

1990 the Board issued a

Order stating that the Board will proceed to treat

these

documents as confidential.

The documents have remained in the

Cle:k’s security files.

Pursuant to

35

Ill. Adm. Code 101.161(c)

the Board may allow

withdrawal

of the confidential material, at which time the

Board’s ruling will be based on the record excluding the

confidential material.

By today’s Order,

the Board allows Olin

to request the Clerk

to return the confidential material.

The

remainder of the confidential material will be returned to Olin

when a written request has teen filed with the Clerk.
