    settlement of this complaint.
    At this time the Board has not
    received such settlement.
    Therefore,
    the Board directs the
    parties to submit
    a status report on this case to be received by
    the Clerk of the Board no later than June 18,
    1991.
    Such report
    shall specify when the parties expect
    to either file a settlement
    agreement in this case or to proceed to hearing on the merits.
