    filed a Motion to Maintain Certain Transcript
    Information Confidential.
    With its motion,
    Sexton also filed a
    copy of the transcript of the March
    11, 1991 hearing in this
    matter with the confidential information expunged (page
    26,
    lines
    14—20).
    The Board grants the motion at this time with the caveat
    that, sincethe response timehasnot
    run, our ruling may be
    subject to reconsideration upon the filing of an objection.
    The

    is directed to place
