    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On October 31,
    1990, Coggeshall Construction Company filed a
    motion to dismiss.
    The Board Orders of November 29,
    1990,
    December 20,
    1990, and January 10,
    1991
    disposed of many of the
    issues raised in this motion.
    However, the Board inadvertently
    failed to specifically list this motion in the prior orders.
    The
    Board finds the allegations contained in the complaint
    sufficiently specific to proceed to hearing.
    The remaining
    issues are disposed of in the three prior Board Orders.
    The
    motion to dismiss Coggeshall Construction Company is denied.
