issued an order staying any

appeal until

final resolution of the related local siting

issue,

including

the

exhaustion

of

all

appeals.

McLean

County

Disposal

(MCD)

was ordered to submit status reports to the Board

every

six

months,

and

to

immediately

inform

the

Board

of

all

final

actions

taken

by

any

reviewing court.

MCD has never submitted any

status

reports

to

the

Board,

and

is

again

ordered

to

do

so.

If

MCD

does

not

submit

a

status

report

to

the

Board

within

15

days

of

the

date

of

this

order,

this

appeal

will

be

subject

to

dismissal.
