The Petitioner did not submit

a status report.

The

Agency’s

report indicates that Petitioner has submitted a plan to

the Agency, which the Agency has not been able

to review at

this

time.

The Agency expects

to review that plan

in the next

60

days.

Therefore,

the Board directs the Hearing Officer

to set

this matter for hearing within 60 days of the date of this Order

and to hold such hearing within 90 days of the date of this

Order.
