    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On October
    18, 1989,
    the Board granted a stay of proceedings
    in this matter.
    The Board further ordered that a status report
    be filed within
    90 days.
    The status report was received on

    1990.
    The status report indicated that
    the parties
    were nearing settlement and negotiations were continuing.
    The Board directs
    the parties
    to submit
    a status report
    to
    the Board and the Hearing Officer by July
    23,
    1990,
    which shall
    include an indication
    of when the parties will proceed to hearing
    on this matter.
    The Board further directs
    the parties
    to address
    the issue of whether
    this stay should be dissolved.
