    This matter comes before
    the Board on
    a Motion
    to Dismiss
    and Join Additional Party filed by Complainants Daniel Lorden and
    Helen Lorden
    (“Lordens”) on May
    24,
    1990.
    The motion requests
    that an Order
    be entered dismissing two named party respondents,
    Patrick T. Martin and Pamela
    Q.
    Eyre,
    the record owners of one of
    the apartment units in question.
    The Lordens assert that the
    unit has now been sold to James
    A. Hansen and Sandra
    L.
    Schug—
    Hansen.
    No objection has been filed to the motion.
    Our inspection
    of the record also reveals that Patrick
    T. Martin and Pamela
    0.
    Eyre have not answered the Lordens’ Amended Complaint.
    Because
    of the above the Lordens’ motion to dismiss
    is granted and the
    Board gives leave to
    join the additional
    parties as
    respondents.
    The caption on
    this Order has been corrected to
    reflect the above dismissal and joinder.
