ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by J. Anderson):
On February
5,
1987, the Board issued an Opinion and Order
granting the City of Oglesby
(“Oglesby”)
a temporary exception,
until July
1,
1990,
from 35
Ill. Adm.
Code 306.305(a)
and
(b)
of
the Board’s combined sewer overflow
(“CSO”)
regulations.
Condition
2 of the Board’s Order specified that the temporary
exception would terminate on March
1,
1990,
if Ogelsby did not
submit an amended petition for permanent exception on or before
March
1,
1990.
The Order also specified that the Board would
retain jurisdiction in the matter.
Oglesby has not filed an amended petition for a permanent
exception with the Board.
The Board hereby relinquishes
jurisdiction and closes the docket in this matter.
Oglesby is
advised that
it may file a motion for reconsideration pursuant to

101.300.
