    This matter is before the Board on
    a Motion to Supplement
    the Record filed by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (“Agency”)
    on May 2,
    1990.
    The Petitioner has not filed a
    response to the motion.
    At the April 25,
    1990 hearing in this matter, the Agency was
    given leave to submit questions to the Board on Petitioner’s
    written testimony.
    This testimony was not provided to the Agency
    prior to the hearing.
    The Agency states that although it has no
    questions on the testimony,
    it does have comments.
    The Agency
    requests the Board to accept the comments contained in its motion
    as part of the record in this matter.
    The Board grants the
    Agency’s motion.
