    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by E.Z. Kezelis):
    Between July 28, 1999 and December 6, 1999, Sangamon County filed the above captioned administrative
    citations against ESG Watts, Inc. (ESG) for violations allegedly occurring between June 4, 1999 and November 4,
    1999. ESG has filed petitions for review in all 34 cases. The Board today accepts for hearing the seven most recently-
    filed petitions, those filed in AC 00-48 through AC 00-51 and AC 00-53 through AC 00-55; the Board has previously
    accepted for hearing the 27 earlier-filed petitions for review.

    Although all of the alleged violations occurred on different dates, each administrative citation alleges that
    ESG has violated the same three prohibitions contained in Sections 21(o)(5), (6), and (9) of the Environmental
    Protection Act at the same Sangamon County facility. 415 ILCS 5/21(o)(5), (6), and (9) (1998).
    In the interest of convenience and economy the Board on its own motion hereby consolidates, for purposes
    of hearing, all 34 of the currently pending administrative citations pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 103.141. The Board
    makes no determination as to whether these cases will be consolidated for purposes of final decision. The hearing
    officer is directed to proceed to a hearing in these consolidated matters.
