    (by Mr. Dumelle):
    On April
    17, 1979 the Agency moved the Board to require
    Petitioner
    to
    specify the circumstances referenced
    in paragraph
    23 of the Petition,
    in what way each of these circumstances
    necessitates deletion of the 15 mg/l effluent limitation for
    total suspended solids, and the Federal and State
    laws and
    regulations and the way
    in which each law and regulation conflicts
    with each of the four standard conditions challenged by Petitioner.
    The motion is hereby granted.
