    In support of its motion

    states that

    “is
    satisfied
    that
    any
    environmental
    problems caused or allowed by respondent have ceased.”
    The Agency’s motion to withdraw is hereby granted.
    There are
    no remaining allegations of violation,
    therefore the Petition for
    Review filed
    in this matter
    is moot.
    This docket
    is closed.
