    ORDER OF THE
    BOARD
    (by J. Marlin):
    This matter comes before the Board on Respondent Village of
    Lake Zurich’s (Village) March 13,
    1990 filing of their
    response
    to the Board’s Order dated March
    8,
    1990,
    concerning the
    continued ownership of the subject property of this dispute by
    the Petitioners.
    The Village informs the Board that the Village
    has now purchased the property
    in question from the
    Metropuloses.
    This was confirmed
    in a letter from the attorney
    for the Village of Libertyville who had contacted the owners of
    the neighboring property.
    The Board also received the response
    of William Braithwaite filed March 19,
    1990.
    Due to the purchase of
    the property which was the subject of
    this variance proceeding by the Respondent Village of Lake
    Zurich, all issues have been mooted.
    Upon the Board’s own motion
    this matter
    is dismissed.
    The Board requests that the Clerk
    contact the parties to cancel the hearing previously scheduled
    in
    this case.
    The case
    is hereby ordered closed.
