    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter comes before the Board upon the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency’s
    (Agency) Response to the Board’s
    Order of December
    6,
    1989 filed January 19,
    1990.
    The Agency’s filing
    also included language the Board construes,
    in the interest of
    administrative efficiency,
    as a Motion
    to Dismiss Citation contingent
    upon relief from the Board’s prior Default Order.
    An examination of the Agency’s Response reveals that just cause
    exists
    to vacate the Board’s prior Default Order.
    The Board accepts Agency’s Motion to Dismiss.
    Therefore,
    the
    Board Order of October
    18,
    1989,
    is vacated and the case
    is hereby
    dismissed.
