variance extending their current variance from finished water

    in Rules 304(B)

    (now recodified as
    35 Ill.
Adm. Code 604.301 and 604.203(a) respectively).
This petition is deficient in that it fails to provide information

    2.
A discussion of the current availability of alternate
methods of compliance, particularly such methods as
    purchasing water
    from non-contaminated sources and
blending water to reduce its overall contaminated
    character,
Unless an amended petition is filed within 45 days curing
the above noted defects, this matter will be subject to dismissal.
