    Administrative Citation against respondent pursuant to section 31.1
    of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act.

    Respondent
    filed
    a timely
    Petition
    For
    Review.
    The parties stipulated to waiver of hearing.
    Complainant moves to dismiss this matter on the basis that it
    has
    negotiated
    an
    environmentally
    satisfactory
    solution
    to
    the
    pollution problems caused by respondent’s facility.
    As a result
    of these negotiations,
    respondent has pursued
    a course of action
    designed to obtain an approved closure and post closure plan.
    Complainant’s motion
    is
    hereby
    granted.
    The petition
    for
    review is accordingly dismissed as moot and this docket is closed.
