    This matter comes before the Board on a November
    16, 1989
    motion
    to vacate and dismiss filed by the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency.
    The Agency asserts that
    the site inspection
    that gave rise to the administrative citation occurred on March
    10,
    1989, but the Agency failed to effect service of
    that
    citation on John Timpe until May 13,
    1989.
    The Board issued a
    default order against Timpe on June
    22,
    1989.
    The Board hereby grants the Agency’s motion: The Order of
    June
    22,
    1989
    is vacated, and this matter
    is dismissed.
