    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Anderson):
    This matter comes before the Board upon a Motion for
    extension of
    time to file its brief,
    filed by the respondent,
    E&E
    Hauling, Inc.,
    on October
    13,
    1989.
    E&E Hauling requests an
    additional fourteen
    (14) days to and including October
    30, 1989
    within which to file its brief regarding the recovery of hearing
    costs.
    In support of this motion for extension of
    time,
    E&E Hauling
    states that counsel
    for E&E Hauling did not receive
    a copy of the
    Board’s September
    13,
    1989 Order requesting briefs until
    September
    28,
    1989.
    E&E Hauling also points out that such an
    extension for filing its brief will not delay
    this proceeding
    because E&E Hauling’s
    response to
    the statement of costs of
    the
    Agency and DuPage County
    is not due
    until
    October
    30, 1989.
    E&E Hauling’s motion
    for extension of
    time
    to file
    its brief
    is
    hereby granted until and including October
    30,
    1989.
