    This matter comes before the Board on a September

    motion to withdraw filed
    by the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency (“Agency”).
    As a result of settlement negotiations
    between the parties, the Agency has gained
    “an environmentally
    satisfactory solution to the pollution problems.”
    The Agency’s
    motion to withdraw is hereby granted and this matter
    is
    dismissed.
