    SCM Corporation filed a Motion to Vacate Order on

    1979, requesting that the Board vacate the
    Order entered by the Board on March 1,
    1979, which granted
    a Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint in this
    case~.
    On review of the action taken on March
    1,
    1979,
    the Board
    finds that the Motion for Leave to File the
    Amended Complaint was not timely under Rule 326 of the
    Board~sProcedural Rules and should not have been granted.
    Accordingly,
    the Order of the Board of March
    1,
    1979,
    is
    vacated and the Motion for Leave to File an Amended
    Complaint received by the Board on February 27, 1979,
    is
    hereby denied.
