    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
    This matter comes before
    the Board upon a motion to withdraw
    filed by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (“Agency”)
    on August
    17,
    1989.
    In support of its motion the Agency states
    that settlement negotiations have resulted
    in
    “a cleanup of the
    subject open dump, permanent closure and implementation of
    measures to prevent reoccurance of open dumping”.
    The Agency’s
    motion to withdraw is hereby granted and this matter
    is
    dismissed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
