    ORDER OF THE

    This matter comes before the Board on a Motion to Withdraw
    Complaint and Dismiss Action filed on July 31, 1989 by
    complainant.
    On March
    21,
    1989, complainant issued an
    Administrative Citation against respondent pursuant to Section
    31.1 of
    the Illinois Environmental Protection Act.
    (Il1.Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 1l1~,par. 1031.1.)
    Complainant moves
    to
    dismiss this matter on the basis
    that it has negotiated an
    environmentally satisfactory solution to the pollution problems
    caused by respondent’s open dump facility.
    As a result of these
    negotiations,
    there has been
    a clean—up of
    the facility,
    permanent closure and implementation of measures to prevent
    recurrence.
    Complainant’s Motion to Withdraw Complaint and Dismiss
    Action
    is hereby granted.
