ORDER OF TUE BOARD (by B.
Forcade):
On April
26, 1989, Moline Corporation filed
a petition for
review of permit denials
of two operating permits, Nos.
88120070
and 74110064,
for its facility in the City of
St. Charles, Kane
County,
Illinois.
The Board ordered both parties
to file
memoranda
by June
1,
1989.
Those memoranda were
to
address
whether
these
two permit denials should be separately docketed or
whether
the matter could be adequately addressed
in one docket
if
the hearing officer
keeps
all evidence and testimony regarding
the two permits separate.
On June
1,
1989, Moline filed
a joint memorandum with the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
Both parties believe
the matter would be best handled under
one docket.
Accordingly,
the Board will
leave
these
two permit appeals docketed
as PCB
89—
78.
