a motion for modification

of the Board’s Order of April

1980

which

dismissed

the

Village

of

Rantoul’s

petition

for

a

variance

from

the

manifest

requirements

of

Rule

501

of

Chapter

9:

Special

Waste

Hauling

Regulations.

The dismissal was based on the noted

deficiencies

in

the

petition

and

was

not

a finding that Rantoul

was

in

fact

exempt

under

Rule

211(C).

The

motion

is

denied.
