    This matter comes before the Board upon
    a motion
    to withdraw
    the complaint,
    filed March 27,
    1989 by the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency (Agency).
    A Petition for Review was filed with
    the Board March 20,
    1989.
    Based
    upon negotiations with
    Petitioner,
    Respondent
    and Fitz—Mar,
    Inc.
    (the permitted operator
    of
    the subject facility),
    the parties have negotiated an agreed
    course of action and
    they have agreed that this action be
    dismissed
    by Agency motion.
    The Agency therefore moves to
    dismiss
    its February
    17, 1989 complaint.
    The Agency’s motion
    to dismiss
    the citation review
    is
    is
    hereby granted.
    The petition for review
    is dismissed
    as moot.
    Accordingly,
    the entire docket
    is closed.
