1983 the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency filed a Motion for Reconsideration of the Board’s Order
in this matter for Second Notice dated December
30,
1982.
That
motion
is denied
in so far as it suggests substantive changes.
The Agency also recommended a number of changes which in-
volved non—substantive and typographical errors.
These will he
corrected upon final adoption.
They are as follows:
1)
Rule 204(f)(2):
The qualifying phrase “as of December
1,
1980”
is added after “systems.”
2)
Rule 204(h):
The subtitle is corrected
to read: “Existing
