On September 18,
1978, PPG Industries,
Inc.
filed a proposed
amendment to Rule 203(d)
of Chapter
2:
Air Pollution Control
Regulations pertaining to float glass manufacturing processes.
On
March
7, 1979,
the Petitioner
filed a Motion to Stay Proceedings
in this matter while it pursued its Variance in another proceeding
(PCB 78-210).
At the hearing on March
7,
1979, representatives
of both the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and the
Illinois Attorney General indicated that their respective agencies
had no objection to this Motion to Stay Proceedings in R78-l2.
Accordingly, the Board hereby grants Petitioner’s Motion to Stay
Proceedings in R78-12.
