    On July 14,
    1981
    the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency (Agency)
    filed a second motion to reconsider
    the Board’s Order of June 10, 1981.
    On
    July 22, 1981 Caterpillar Tractor Co.
    (Caterpillar) filed a response in
    opposition.
    In its motion the Agency objects
    to what it perceives
    as an order
    to incorporate into the permit the precise language requested by Caterpillar.
    This was not intended.
    The motion
    is granted.
    The Order shall
    be modified to
    provide that the Agency shall modify the permit consistent with the language
    in the Opinion.
    In the event Caterpillar is not satisfied with the resulting
    pennit
    it may file another appeal.
    IT IS SO ORDERED
