    the cause would be subject to dismissal.
    On July 30, 1984,
    petitioner moved the Board to modify that Order to allow a
    hearing to be held on or before October 30,
    1984.
    That motion
    is granted.
    Unless a hearing in this matter is held on or
    before October 30, 1984, this matter will be subject to
    dismissal.
