HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On April 15, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that they remain optimistic that this matter will settle
without the necessity of a hearing. A draft settlement document is being circulated for its final
stages of review and signatures.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on May 11, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
discuss, if needed, possible hearing dates. If, however, a motion to voluntarily dismiss is filed
prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
