The

Board dismissed

the petition on the August

5,

1988 motion of the

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (“Agency”)

and the

August

17,

1988 motion for withdrawal of Anchor.

By its September 29,

1988 motion, Anchor asks the Board

to

return all copies

of the July 22 exhibit and Application

for Non-

disclosure.

The Board hereby grants that motion.

The Clerk

of the Board

is hereby directed to gather all

copies of the exhibit entitled “Gurnee Furnace No.

2 Comparison

of 1978 Batch With Current Formula to Verify No Material Changes

Have been Made”

that were filed with the accompanying “Appli-

cation

for Nondisclosure,”

together with said

“Application,” and

to return them in a secure manner.
