violated the

Environmental Protection
Act.”
The Board
granted the People of the State of Illinois (“People”)
30 days,
until July 30,
1988,
to file a petition for costs and fees
pursuant to Section 42(f)
of the Act,
Ill. Rev.
Stat.

1042(f)
(1988).
On August 9,
1988, the People filed a motion for an
extension of time
in order
to compile the cost of litigating this
matter.
The motion
is granted and the People are hereby granted
an additional 30 days or
until September
10,
1988 to file a
petition for fees and cost of litigation.
