    On July
    5,
    1988,
    the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (“Agency”)
    filed
    a status report in this matter which
    indicated that
    it expected
    to issue
    the NPDES permit to Dean
    Foods by July
    8,
    1988, with an effective date 30 days later.
    The
    Agency also expected Dean Foods
    to file a motion
    to dismiss
    its
    permit appeal soon thereafter.
    As
    of this date,
    no such motion
    has been received by the Board.
    Dean Foods
    is ordered
    to update
    the Board on its status and
    to furnish
    it with the necessary
    documentation by September
    18,
    1988.
