(petitioner)

filed a

petition for an adjusted RACT determination pursuant

to

35 Ill.

Adm. Code 215,

Subpart

I.

This petition is accepted for hearing.

On June 30,

1988,

the Board promulgated procedures for

adjusted standard petitions pursuant to 35

Ill. Adm. Code

212.126, 12 Ill.

Reg.

12484.

The Board will use those procedures

as guidance for conducting the proceedings pursuant

to Part 215,

Subpart

I.

Within

30 days after the date

of this Order,

the Illinois

Environmental Protection Agency shall file a response to the

petition.

This response shall include the Agency’s

recommendations concerning the petitioner’s request.

Within 14

days after

the Agency files

its response, the petitioner may file

a reply.

The Clerk

shall assign a hearing officer

to the

proceeding.

The hearing officer shall schedule a hearing

to be

held within 60 days of the date of this Order.

The Clerk shall

give notice of this hearing

in accordance with 35

Ill. Adm. Code

102.122.

Hearings

in this matter shall be conducted in accordance

with

35 Ill. Adm. 102.160 through 102.164.

As a final matter,

the Board grants the petitioner’s August

9th request

to substitute concerning page 11

of the petition.
